Your 60-minute journey begins with a 10 minute expert-led breathwork practice guided by Libitm co-founder and certified meditation instructor, Lily Kuo. Then, you'll recline on the Opus SoundBed™ equipped with noise-canceling headphones, and enveloped in a cocoon of sound transcending typical audio experiences, to engage the nervous system at a cellular level, facilitating a shift from stress to deep restoration and receptivity.
